Built to Green Fast. Built to Last.

This fertilizer isn’t a one-trick nitrogen bomb. It’s a strategic four-source nitrogen blend designed to deliver fast color, controlled growth, and long-lasting results — the same approach used in professional turf programs.

Each nitrogen source has a job. Together, they produce a thicker, greener, healthier lawn without the spikes, crashes, or burn risk that come from cheap, single-source fertilizers.

Why This Nitrogen Blend Delivers Real Results

Ammonium Sulfate – Fast Green-Up

Ammonium sulfate gets to work immediately. It provides quick-response nitrogen that turfgrass can use right away, especially in cooler conditions. The added sulfur enhances chlorophyll production, driving deep, dark green color instead of the pale green you get from weaker products.

Urea Nitrogen – Strong, Efficient Growth

Urea nitrogen delivers high-efficiency feeding to support active growth and density. It helps maintain color and vigor without excessive surge when applied at proper rates, keeping your lawn looking full instead of thin and stressed.

MU Nitrogen – Slow, Steady Feeding

Methylene urea (MU) feeds your lawn gradually through soil microbes, extending nitrogen availability over time. This means fewer nutrients lost to runoff and a lawn that stays consistently green weeks after application, not just days.

XCU Nitrogen – Controlled Release Protection

XCU nitrogen is polymer-coated for controlled, temperature- and moisture-driven release. It feeds turf evenly and predictably, reducing burn risk and preventing growth flushes. Translation: steady color, stable growth, and fewer problems between applications.

What This Means for Your Lawn

This four-way nitrogen system:

  • Greens up fast

  • Stays green longer

  • Feeds evenly without spikes

  • Reduces burn risk

  • Improves density and overall turf health

  • Requires fewer applications over the season

This is professional-grade nutrition, not box-store filler.

Who This Fertilizer Is Best For

This product is ideal for:

  • Homeowners who want thick, dark green turf — not just short-term color

  • Lawns that need both immediate response and long-term feeding

  • Cool-season grasses like fescue, bluegrass, and rye

  • DIY lawn enthusiasts who want results without guesswork

  • Anyone tired of reapplying cheap fertilizer every few weeks

If you’re following a GCI Turf program or trying to grow your lawn the right way, this fertilizer fits perfectly into your rotation.

Bottom Line

This isn’t about dumping nitrogen and hoping for the best.
It’s about feeding your lawn intelligently — fast when it needs it, slow when it matters, and controlled the entire way.

That’s how you build a lawn that stands out.

Will this fertilizer burn my lawn?

When applied at the recommended rate, this fertilizer is very safe. The blend combines fast-acting nitrogen with slow-release and controlled-release sources (MU and XCU), which significantly reduces the risk of burn compared to straight quick-release fertilizers.
As with any granular fertilizer, over-application or failing to water it in can increase burn risk.

Bottom line: Follow the label, water it in, and you’re good.

Do I need to water after applying?

Yes. Watering is required.
Apply enough water to move the granules off the leaf blades and into the soil. This activates the fertilizer, improves uptake, and further reduces burn risk.

  • Light to moderate irrigation is all that’s needed

  • Avoid heavy runoff

  • If rain is expected within 24 hours, you can let Mother Nature handle it

When is the best time to apply this fertilizer?

This fertilizer works best when turfgrass is actively growing.

For cool-season lawns:

  • Spring: After green-up when growth has started

  • Fall: During your main feeding season for color and recovery

  • Summer: Use caution during extreme heat and drought stress

Avoid applications to dormant, frozen, or severely stressed turf.

How long will this fertilizer feed my lawn?

Thanks to the MU and XCU nitrogen, this fertilizer provides extended feeding beyond a standard quick-release product. Most lawns will see:

  • Immediate color response

  • Continued feeding and color for several weeks

Actual duration depends on temperature, moisture, and turf growth rate.

How often should I apply it?

This fertilizer is designed to last longer than basic fertilizers. In most programs:

  • Applications are spaced 4–6 weeks apart

  • Avoid stacking applications too closely together

More fertilizer does not mean better results.

Can I apply this in hot weather?

You can, but timing and watering matter.

  • Apply during cooler parts of the day

  • Water in promptly

  • Do not apply to drought-stressed turf

When in doubt, wait for better conditions.

Is this fertilizer safe for pets and kids?

Once watered in and allowed to dry, the fertilizer is considered safe for normal lawn use. Keep pets and children off the lawn during application and watering, and resume use after the lawn has dried.

What grass types is this fertilizer best for?

This fertilizer is ideal for all turf types

It fits perfectly into a GCI Turf-style program focused on long-term lawn health.
