Yes, once your label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Keep in mind the tracking will not update until the shipment is scanned by UPS or USPS.
GCI Turf fulfills a small amount of the products we offer. Outside vendors also fulfill orders for us. This leads to different shipping times for different products.
Please send an email to admin@gciturfacademy.com and we will help you. Please include the order number and a photo showing the damage.
Our products usually ship within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Some products that are manufactured onsite may take longer.
Probably not. When you see 1 business day, that is a shipping estimate from UPS. That estimate is based on when the product is scanned by UPS. That is not a 1 day delivery guarantee. GCI Turf Academy does not guarantee that a product will be shipped the same day it was ordered.
GCI Turf Academy does not offer overnight shipping.

Damaged Order

If your order arrives damaged, please take a picture of the box, the label, and the product and email to admin@gciturfacademy.com. We can not move forward with the claims process if we do not have pictures of the damage. Pictures of the damage are mandatory.
